TAGLaw represents more than 155 member firms operating in over 90 countries around the world. Nearly 10,000 legal professionals are part of this “Elite” alliance of high-quality, independent law firms. Since it was established in 1998, TAGLaw has continued to provide members the resources needed to facilitate client service on an international level. Today, TAGLaw is among the top four legal alliances in the world and has been consistently ranked by Chambers & Partners as an “Elite” global alliance. Additionally, through our sister alliance of accounting firms, TIAG , and strategic partners, TAG-SP , we provide our member firms with strong multidisciplinary capabilities that their clients need. We are interested in interviewing elite firms to further expand our global reach into jurisdictions where we have a vacancy.
The quality and level of service provided by our member firms is paramount. Before becoming a member, candidate firms go through a comprehensive interviewing and due diligence process. During this phase, we outline the various expectations and responsibilities of all members as outlined in the TAGLaw Membership Agreement and the TAG Alliances Charter. Some of these principles include providing a superior work product, responsiveness to other members, participating in alliance activities and treating another member's client as if they were your own. Once a candidate firm meets, and agrees to adhere, to our standards, we submit the candidate to our Advisory Board for approval.
